Joining is easy and affordable! Suggested annual donation is $45 for the first dog and $15 for each additional dog.

1. Complete the Membership Form for the Soulard Dog Park.
2. Please also sign and date the Release of Liability form and Rules & Regulations with your application.
3. Send the completed Application and forms with a copy of your dog(s)' most recent vaccination records with your donation to:

Rules and Regulations
Dog Park Members are encouraged to take ownership of the park. Please notify the FDPA if you notice members not complying with the rules and regulations of the dog park.
- Hours: 6 am to 9 pm Daily
- No vicious dogs allowed. All fights between dogs must be attended to by the dog’s owners.
- Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused by them.
- Owners must be inside the fenced area at all times while their dogs are in the off leash area. Dogs are not to be left in the park unattended.
- Leash laws apply outside the fenced area.
- Children under 15 are not allowed in the fenced area unless accompanied by a responsible, legal adult.
- Dogs must have proof of rabies vaccination or approved titers from a licensed veterinarian.
- Gates must remain closed except when entering or exiting the off leash or staging areas.
- No choke, pinch or spike collars allowed in the park area. Dogs must wear leather or smooth cloth collars while in the off leash area.
- Limit: 3 dogs per person at any time.
- Keep park area clean. Pick up your dog’s poop. Do not leave trash or cigarette butts at the dog park.
- The following are NOT ALLOWED in the off leash area:
- Glass of any kind
- Vicious dogs
- Food of any kind
- Animals other than dogs
- Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, or other motorized devices
- Puppies under 4 months old
- No smoking inside the off leash area
- Dogs that are injured or in poor health
